AWD inbound: kit the unit
AWD will hold bulk, then replenish FBA. The PO is this week’s 10-pack. The live listing still names last season’s 12. If you send the 10s into AWD on the old SKU, every later FBA replenishment is a mismatch. The Transformation Kit is the check before that inbound: pad from the carton on the dock, then the AWD SKU from that pad.

Open a carton from the AWD shipment, not last FBA receive
Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box. Photo of the pad next to that carton. If two POs sit on the same pallet, they are two pads. Do not send mixed counts into one AWD SKU because the warehouse will replenish them as one offer.
Kit the listing, then create the AWD inbound
Title and first bullet from the pad. Run free optimize only if that English still hedges. Save. Map AWD to that child. When AWD later replenishes FBA, the listing already matches the unit that will move. If a leftover 12-pack lot is still in AWD, split or liquidate it before the next replenishment.
Bulk storage is still this carton
