Battery or hazmat: kit it from the pack before you receive
Prep wants a battery or hazmat answer. The fastest wrong move is “no” so the shipment creates. FBA will open the carton. The Transformation Kit is the desk rule: if this pack contains a cell, a spray, or a printed hazmat mark, that fact goes on the pad and in the attribute before anyone prints a label.

Open a unit from the lot you will send
Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box. Write the battery type or the warning exactly as this pack prints it. Photo of the pad next to that mark. If the pack is silent and you still see a cell, the honest answer is still yes. Do not hide it in “accessories included.”
Fill the attribute, kit the first bullet
Enter the hazmat or battery field. Title still leads with product type and the count you ship. First bullet lists what is in the box, including the cell or the can. Run free optimize only if the English hedges. Save. Then create the inbound. A stranded shipment is cheaper than a safety case.
If some units have a cell and some do not, split
You cannot kit one offer for two answers. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance. When this inbound is honest and the next marked child is waiting, Pro checkout is the paid path. Paying does not classify the carton for you.
