Case pack vs inner pack: each offer gets a pad

The inner box is a 4-pack. The case is six of those. If you list the inner count and send the case, FBA receives a different product than the shopper bought. The Transformation Kit is the check before you create the inbound: one pad per offer, count from the unit you will actually send.

Decide which carton the shopper gets

Open both. Write four facts for the inner pack and four for the case. The case pad’s count is 24 if that is what ships as one offer, not “4-pack, case of 6” stuffed into one title. If you sell both, that is two offers. Photo of each pad next to its carton.

Kit the offer you will receive this week

Title leads with product type and the count of that offer. First bullet is what is in that carton. Do not reuse the inner hero on the case listing. Run free optimize only if the English still says 4-pack on the case page. Save. Then print labels for that offer only. Mixed inners and cases in one inbound is how you buy stranded inventory.

Do not switch mid-lot to “save a shipment”

If this inbound is inners, next month’s case is a new pad and, usually, a new child. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance. When this offer is honest and the other pack size is waiting, Pro checkout is the paid path. Paying does not recount the case for you.
