Open each option you can actually inbound

Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box on a pad for every color or text option you will fulfill. Photo of each pad next to that blank or printed unit. If an option is only a mockup, it stays out of the widget. Do not list “custom text” if the carton you ship cannot take a print this week.

Kit each child, then turn on only those options

Title and first bullet on each custom child from its own pad. Run free optimize only on the child whose English still hedges. Save. Enable customization on those children. Preview images are these units. If a later PO adds a second color, kit that pad before you add the option. A shared parent preview is how the wrong color ships.
