ESL sellers: run the kit without translating the whole PDF

You do not need to translate every row of the factory PDF into English. That is how listings become synonym piles. The Transformation Kit is a smaller job: four facts you can show, written as a US shopper would say them.

Work from the pack, in any language

Put the box on the desk. If the pack is in Chinese, Korean, or Spanish, that is fine. You are not translating the paragraph. You are finding four things: what it is, the size or count, the material, and what is in the box. Write those four on a pad in the simplest English you have. Numbers and product type first. Full sentences later.

If you cannot find a number on the pack, do not copy a number from the PDF that you cannot see. Photograph the panel. Ask the factory only for the missing fact, not for a new marketing paragraph.

Let the kit turn the pad into a listing

Open the kit and use the title pattern on those four facts. You are not writing a speech. One readable line: product type, size or count, material. Then five bullets, first line pack contents. Then two sentences for the description. If a word on the pad is still factory English (12pcs, qty), swap it now, before you paste anything.

Do not run the whole PDF through a public translator and paste that into Amazon. You will keep factory order and you will send the catalog off-site. The kit exists so you rewrite in place.

Use optimize as a language check, not a source

Paste the kit rewrite into free optimize. Ask it to check this listing only. Read every changed word against the pack. If it adds a claim you did not write, delete it. If it makes a sentence you can say out loud, keep it. The 250-word pass is one ASIN.

Pay after one listing sounds like a person

When you can read the title to a colleague and they know what is in the box, you are done with the first ASIN. If you have more SKUs and this one is clean, Pro checkout is next. If you still cannot say the title, stay on the kit. More words will not replace the four facts.

No fake reviews. No rank promise. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance.
