FC relabel: kit first
A fulfillment center asked to relabel stranded or mixed units. Someone wants to approve the new FNSKU from Seller Central without opening a sample. If those units are last season’s 12 and the live child is a 10, the relabel puts the wrong pack on the current offer. The Transformation Kit is the check before you say yes: pad from the unit in that FC, then a label that matches that pad.

Identify what that FC is actually holding
Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box from the last receive photo, the inbound lot, or a removal sample. Photo of the pad next to that carton. If the lot is mixed, do not authorize one FNSKU for the whole pile. Stranded inventory kit before you relabel is the same rule, now at the FC’s request.
Kit the child those units belong on, then approve the relabel
Title and first bullet from the pad. Run free optimize only if that English still hedges. Save. Approve the relabel onto that child only. If the units do not match any live child, create one from this pad or remove them. A faster relabel on the wrong ASIN is a faster defect.
