Fix broken English, then run the kit

A seller opens the Transformation Kit or free optimize with the factory paragraph still in the paste box: “12pcs high quality,” missing articles, brand first. THIS inbound pack already prints the facts in plain words. They almost skip the rewrite so they can “use the tool faster.” If you do that, the kit and the 250-word pass polish factory English and you still do not have a listing. Fix THIS child’s English from this pack first. Then run the kit. Then free optimize. Then Pro.

This is a sequence job, not a grammar pass. Step one is a human rewrite from this carton. Step two is the kit against that rewrite. Step three is the free 250-word check. The kit does not replace step one. Free optimize does not replace step one. A card does not replace step one. If you paste “12pcs high quality” into the tool, you get cleaner 12pcs. That is still not a US listing.

A sequenced listing is a shopper fact when the title and bullets already read like something you would say to a buyer before any tool touches them. It is not a place to skip the pad because the optimize box is open. If two children need two rewrites, finish both pads before you batch anything. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance.

Write from THIS pack first. The tools wait

Pull one sealed unit from the inbound you will list this week. Photograph the carton and insert. Write type, size or count, material, and what’s in the box from that pack. Draft the 75-character title and five 125-character bullets from those four facts, in the English you would use on a phone. Photo of the draft next to this pack. Only then open the kit. After the kit, open free optimize and paste that rewrite — not the factory paragraph. If a tool output still holds 12pcs, ALL CAPS, or a claim this pack does not print, cut it. The factory file stays on the scratch note.

If two children in the family need two sequences — one pack is a 6-count, one pack is a kit — run two full sequences. Do not paste both factory files into one optimize box. A tool pass that names a part this pack does not ship is still a bad listing, even if you ran it in the right order.

How a seller sequences the rewrite, then the kit

  1. Name the child ASIN. Paste the live factory title and bullets onto a scratch note. Do not paste them into the kit yet.
  2. Photograph THIS carton and insert. Fill the four-fact pad. Draft the title and five bullets from the pad only, type first, normal case.
  3. Photo the draft next to this pack. That photo is the exhibit. If the live listing still holds factory English, leave it on the scratch note.
  4. Walk the Transformation Kit against this draft. The kit checks the rewrite. It does not invent a type for a factory dump you never rewrote.
  5. Run free optimize only after the kit rewrite exists. Paste the new title and bullets. The free pass cleans those words. It does not replace the pad.
  6. Save the listing. If you want the paid pass on this child after the sequence is honest, use Pro checkout. Paying does not skip step one and does not promise rank.

The factory English stays off the tools. This pack is step one

Keep the supplier file for the next PO if you need it. Do not paste it into the kit or free optimize if THIS pack already printed the facts a shopper would read first. If Friday’s next child reprints a different insert, that child is a new sequence. Digital Dignity will not tell you to skip the rewrite because the tool is open, and will not invent a listing for a blank carton. When this listing is honest and the next ASIN is waiting, start again at the pack, then the kit, then the free pass.

No fake reviews. No rank promise. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance.
