Grade and resell: kit the unit

Amazon sent warehouse-damaged stock back. Some units are sellable as used. Some are missing inserts. If you restock them on the new offer, shoppers buy “new” and receive graded goods. Grade the pile before you write one pad

Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box from a sample of each grade. Photo of each pad next to that unit. Sealed current print can go back to new only if it is truly new. Opened, dinged, or missing-insert units get their own pad. Do not mix grades on one SKU because the lot number matches.

Kit the used child from that pad

Title and first bullet from the pad, plus the condition you can stand behind. Run free optimize only if that English still hedges. Save. List those units on that child, not the new FNSKU. If a unit is unsellable, it is disposal, not a rewrite. A warehouse stamp is not a new product type.

A grade is a carton, not a discount
