Pull one sealed inbound unit even if the carton is crushed. Photograph every readable patch. Write the four-fact pad from those patches only. If you cannot read a line, it does not go in Seller Central.

How a seller kits a damaged or illegible carton face

  1. Name the child ASIN. Photograph THIS damaged carton from every readable patch. A crushed corner is not a reason to invent a size. An unreadable line is a blank.
  2. Fill the four-fact pad from the readable print only: type, size or count, material, what’s in the box. If scuff, tape, or a tear hides a line, leave that pad line blank.
  3. Draft the title and bullets from the readable pad. Photo the drafts next to the damaged face. Do not fill a hidden line from a sibling listing.
