How to kit when two inbound cartons disagree

A seller opens two units from the same inbound and the faces print different counts, then averages them into one listing. THAT mix is two packs on one child. Two disagreeing cartons are two pads. Do not average the print

Pull two sealed units from THIS inbound. Photograph each carton face. Write a four-fact pad for each photo. If type, count, or contents disagree, stop writing one listing. Each face is its own kit.

How a seller kits when two inbound cartons disagree

  1. Name the inbound lot. Photograph carton A and carton B. Keep the photos side by side. A pallet label is not either face.
  2. Fill one four-fact pad from carton A and one from carton B: type, size or count, material, what’s in the box. Circle every line that does not match the other pad.
  3. If the circled lines are pack facts (type, count, contents), treat them as two children. Draft each title and bullets from its own pad only. Photo each draft next to its carton.
  4. Walk the Transformation Kit against each pad. The kit listing you save is the one that matches THAT carton.
  5. Run free optimize only after each unguessed listing exists. Paste that child’s title and bullets. The free pass does not invent a pack fact and does not merge the two faces.
