Inbound placement does not change the pad

The inbound plan split the shipment. Someone wants to “use up” leftover 12s in the extra cartons because placement already costs more. Each FC will receive whatever you label. If those extras do not match the listing, you multiplied the defect. The Transformation Kit is the check before you tape those boxes: pad from the unit this plan is for, then only that unit in every carton.

Open the unit this inbound plan named

Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box. Photo of the pad next to that carton. Every box on the plan gets that same unit. Do not drop a sibling child into FC2 because the plan created spare capacity. Placement is a fee, not a new SKU.

Kit the listing, then pack every split the same

Title and first bullet from the pad. Run free optimize only if that English still hedges. Save. Label every carton with this FNSKU. If a leftover lot needs to move, it gets its own inbound plan after its own kit. A cheaper placement option does not let you mix counts.
