Open the sample the way a buyer will

Dump the box. Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box. Photo of the pad next to the pack. If the sample is a 10-pack and the factory sheet says 12, the inbound you are about to send is the 10. Do not “fix” the pad to match the PO. Fix the PO or split the child.

Save the listing, then label the cartons

Kit title and first bullet from that pad. Contents photo from this sample. Run free optimize only if the English still reads like the export sheet. Save. Then print FBA labels. Receiving a lot against a draft title is how you buy a week of “item not as described.” If the rest of the lot does not match the sample, stop the inbound and treat it as a new pad.

Do not kit from the PO and hope the carton agrees

A purchase order is a hope. The sample is the product. If you cannot open a sample, you do not have a listing yet. Hold the receive.
