Kit workflow when you only have supplier photos

Sometimes the carton is still on a boat. You have WeChat photos and a PDF. You can still use the Transformation Kit, but you write less. Missing panels stay blank. You do not invent a count to finish the listing.

Ask for four photos, not a new catalog

Message the supplier for: the front panel, the back or spec panel, the contents laid out, and the hero angle you will use on Amazon. One well-lit shot of each. Do not ask them to write US copy. You will do that with the kit. If they send a lifestyle collage, ask again for the panel with the numbers.

Write only what the photos prove

From those frames, take the same four facts: product type, size or count, material, what is in the box. If the contents shot is missing a piece the PDF lists, believe the photo. If the spec panel is blurry, do not guess the ounce line. Park the listing until a readable photo arrives.

Title and bullets stay short on purpose. A thin honest listing is better than a full listing built on a guess. You can add a fact the day the carton arrives. You cannot un-teach a shopper a wrong 12-pack.

Optimize the rewrite, not the album

Paste the kit fields into free optimize. Do not upload the whole photo album to a public model. The 250-word pass checks this listing only. If the output adds a dimension you never saw, delete it. Mark the ASIN as draft until the carton confirms the photo.

Save as draft, finish when the box lands

If Seller Central lets you hold a draft, do that. The day the box arrives, run the pack-and-photo check and then save. If the photos were enough and the first ASIN is clean, Pro checkout can wait until you have two confirmed cartons in the same family. Paying does not replace a panel you never photographed.

No fake reviews. No rank promise. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance.
