Mixed lots in one master: split the pads

The factory stuffed two prints into one master. A 10-pack and a 12-pack, or last year’s name and this year’s. If you receive the whole master on one ASIN, shoppers get a coin flip. Open the master and line the inners up

Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box on a pad for each print you find. Photo of each pad next to its inner. If two pads disagree, they are two offers. Do not “average” the count in the title. Do not pick the print that looks newer and hope the rest sell through.

Kit each print, then receive only what matches

Title and first bullet on each child from its own pad. Run free optimize only on the listing whose English still blends both prints. Save. Receive each inner against its own FNSKU. Leftover mixed masters stay in your warehouse until you split them. A mixed receive is a mixed defect.
