Write the pad from the bag you will ship

Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box from that outer. Count is three. Photo of the pad next to the closed bag. The single cartons inside are not the offer. If an inner barcode is still scannable, cover it or you will get a mixed receive. Do not receive the bag on the single FNSKU.

Create the multipack child, then receive the bag

Title and first bullet from the outer pad. Run free optimize only if that English still reads like a single. Save the new child. Receive the bag against that child. Leftover singles stay on the single listing. A shared SKU here is how the warehouse splits the bag.
