New inbound lot: rerun the kit when the insert changes

The ASIN number did not change. The box might have. A new lot can drop a brush, change the count, or swap plastic for stainless. The Transformation Kit treats that inbound like a new child until the pad matches the carton you will ship this week.

Open one carton from the new lot

Do not trust the old pad. Write four facts from this inbound: type, size or count, material, what is in the box. Compare to last month's pad. If nothing changed, you are done. If the insert is gone or the count is different, the live listing is now wrong even if Amazon still shows the old photo.

Rewrite and reshoot before you receive more

Kit title and first bullet from the new pad. New contents photo if a piece changed. New hero if the pack count changed. Run free optimize only if the English needs a check. Save after the photo check. Receiving the rest of the lot against an old 12-pack title is how you buy a week of returns.

Tell FBA and the family

If old lots are still in the same ASIN, you have a mix problem. Either sell through the old lot under the old facts (and do not receive the new lot yet) or split to a new child if the product is now a different pack. The kit cannot make two cartons into one honest listing. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance.

If the new lot is clean and other children are waiting, Pro checkout is the paid path. Paying does not inspect the inbound for you.

No fake reviews. No rank promise. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance.
