A seller has a factory PDF showing an NTC mark — the Philippines National Telecommunications Commission type approval. If this label prints no NTC at all, write that absence on the pad. Photo of the pad next to this label. After that, open the factory PDF. If it still shows an NTC mark while THIS label prints another listing mark — or none — leave that PDF NTC on a scratch note. It is not the compliance field and it is not a second mark you can hide on this child.

If two units in the same inbound print two listing marks under the same factory SKU — the PDF NTC on one leftover unit, ICC only or no NTC on this label — stop and split the exhibits. Do not write “NTC as PDF” so the file still looks close. Do not paste NTC “so the catalog stays one ASIN.” Do not invent an NTC claim because the category page or the factory sheet expects one.   3. Photo the pad next to this label. A scan of the factory PDF or a photo of an NTC-marked unit that is not this inbound is not the exhibit. If the live title, compliance field, or a bullet still holds NTC while THIS label prints another listing mark — or none — circle that claim against the pad.
