Rewrite a live listing that already has orders
A listing with orders is not a blank page. It is also not sacred. If shoppers are buying despite warehouse English, the Transformation Kit is still the rewrite. You keep the facts that are true. You do not keep 12pcs because “it is already live.”

Screenshot the live page first
Before you change anything, save the current title, bullets, description, and main image. You are not keeping that copy. You are keeping a record of what was true so you do not drop a size or a count that customers already bought. Then put the box on the desk and write the four facts from the pack, not from the live listing. The live listing may be wrong.
Rewrite from the pack, compare to the live page
Run the kit on the four pack facts. Then put the new title next to the screenshot. If the live title had a size the pack also has, keep that size in the new title. If the live title had every color in the catalog, drop the extra colors. If the live hero image is a 12-pack and the pack is a 12-pack, keep the image. If the image is one unit, fix the image before you save, even if the ASIN already has orders. A return on a live listing is still a return.
Optimize the new fields only
Paste the kit rewrite into free optimize, not the old live dump. The 250-word pass is this new listing. Cut any claim the optimizer adds that the pack does not show. Then do the save check: title vs hero, first bullet vs open box.
Save when it is honest, not when it is “safer”
Leaving bad English live because the ASIN has orders is not safer. Changing a true size because the optimizer liked a round number is not safer. Save when the pack, the photo, and the copy agree. If this live family has more children that still read like a warehouse, and this first save is clean, Pro checkout is the paid path. There is no rank promise in the rewrite. There is a readable listing that still ships the same box.
