Ops moved this SKU to a one-day template. Someone also “refreshed” the title with overnight and premium. The carton is the same 10-pack. If the page now promises a fact the pad does not have, the template change became a listing defect. Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box. Photo of the pad next to that carton. The template is a ship promise, not a pack fact. Do not add “fast,” “overnight,” or “Prime-like” to the title because the template got shorter. Do not change count or insert to match a sibling that already sits on a faster template.
