Shipping template does not change the pad

Ops moved this SKU to a one-day template. Someone also “refreshed” the title with overnight and premium. The carton is the same 10-pack. If the page now promises a fact the pad does not have, the template change became a listing defect. The Transformation Kit is the check after you switch templates: pad from the unit you still ship, then copy that ignores the template name.

Open the unit that will still leave your shelf

Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box. Photo of the pad next to that carton. The template is a ship promise, not a pack fact. Do not add “fast,” “overnight,” or “Prime-like” to the title because the template got shorter. Do not change count or insert to match a sibling that already sits on a faster template.

Kit the listing from the pad, then leave the template alone

Title and first bullet from the pad. Run free optimize only if that English still hedges. Save. Confirm the shipping template is assigned. If handling time and the pad disagree on what ships, fix the inventory, not the copy. A one-day template on a mixed bin is still a mixed order.

Speed is ops. The pad is the offer
