Split the kit between two people
One person can run the Transformation Kit alone. Two people is faster if you split facts from English, not if you email the factory PDF back and forth. This is the handoff that stays honest.

Ops owns the box
The person who can hold the carton writes the four facts: product type in plain words, size or count, material, what is in the box. They also grab the hero photo and say whether it matches the count. They do not write the title. They do not “improve” the PDF. They send a pad of four facts plus the four photos (front, spec, contents, hero). If a fact is missing, they say missing. They do not guess.
English owns the rewrite
The second person opens the kit and writes title, five bullets, and two description sentences from that pad only. If the pad says “missing ounces,” the title does not invent 16.9 oz. They paste the rewrite into free optimize, then send the output back with any line they changed. They do not ask ops for a full translation of the spec sheet.
Ops does the save check
The first person reads the title against the hero image and the first bullet against the open box. If it matches, they save in Seller Central. If it does not, they mark the fact that broke and send the pad back. One loop. Not a new PDF.
When the pair is worth Pro
If you can finish two children in one family this way, the handoff is working. Pro checkout is the paid path for more ASINs on the same desk. If the English person is still waiting on a 12-page PDF, you are not splitting the kit. You are translating. Stop and go back to four facts.
