Storage utilization surcharge: kit first

Capacity is tight. The surcharge hits SKUs that sit. Someone wants to liquidate or coupon the whole family. One child is current. One is last season’s sleeve. If you dump them together, you move the wrong pack and keep the surcharge on the one you meant to keep. The Transformation Kit is the check before you act: pad from each child still in FBA, then only the leftover lot leaves.

Get the kit · Free optimize · Pro checkout

Name what FBA is actually holding on each child

Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box from a sample or the last receive photo. Photo of each pad next to that carton. Current sellable units stay. Aged or mixed lots get their own pad. Do not coupon the parent to “clear space.” Aged inventory kit before you discount is the same idea, one child at a time.

Kit the keepers, then remove or liquidate the rest

Title and first bullet on the children you will keep, from those pads. Run free optimize only if that English still hedges. Save. Then remove, liquidate, or Outlet only the leftover lots. If two lots share one FNSKU, split before you send. A surcharge alert is not permission to mix a family.

Space is ops. The pad is still the offer
