Get a photo of the stranded carton

Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box from that unit, even if you only have the warehouse photo. Photo of the pad next to that image. Compare it to every live child you might relabel onto. If none match, you create the correct offer from this pad first. Relabeling onto a cousin is how mixed inventory starts.

Kit the destination listing, then request the relabel

Title and first bullet from this pad on the destination ASIN. Run free optimize only if that English still describes a different carton. Save. Then request the relabel to that ASIN. If Amazon cannot photograph the unit, remove it and kit from the returned carton. Do not guess from the FNSKU alone.
