A seller has a factory PDF showing a TELEC mark — Japan’s Telecom Engineering Center radio-equipment certification. THIS inbound unit’s label has no TELEC — or a different listing mark: MIC only, FCC only, a leftover TELEC sticker on another carton, CE leftover on one leftover unit, or a blank compliance panel.
