Train a new hire on the four-fact pad in one hour
Do not start a new person on a 40-SKU sheet. Sit them with one carton and the Transformation Kit. If they can fill the four-fact pad and survive the save check, they can run the desk. If they cannot, more ASINs will not teach them.
Get the kit · Free optimize · Pro checkout
Minutes 0–15: the pad only
Give them a box they can open. Ask for four lines: product type in US words, size or count, material, what is in the box. No title yet. No PDF. If they copy the factory SKU as the product type, stop and have them say what a shopper would search. If a line is not on the pack, they write “missing,” not a guess.
Minutes 15–40: kit rewrite, you watch
They open the kit and turn the pad into a title, five bullets, and two description sentences. You do not type. You send them back to the pad when they add “premium” or a color this box does not ship. Then they paste into free optimize. Together you delete any new claim the output invented.
Minutes 40–60: save check
They read the title against the hero image and the first bullet against the open box. If it matches, they save. If it does not, they fix the pad and the field, not the whole catalog. That is the job. You can leave them alone on the next child tomorrow.
Do not hand them Pro on day one
If they finish two children clean this week, then Pro checkout is the paid path for the rest of the family. If they still need you on the pad, keep them on the free pass. Paying does not train the four facts.
