Use return reasons to pick the next kit rewrite
If you do not know which ASIN to do next, open returns. Shoppers already told you which fact is wrong. The Transformation Kit is how you fix that fact on the listing, not how you write a new catalog.

Read the reason, then open the box
Pull last week's returns for ASINs you actually ship. Ignore “changed mind.” Keep “wrong size,” “missing parts,” “not as described,” and “color different.” Put that SKU's carton on the desk. Write the four facts from the pack: type, size or count, material, what is in the box. Compare them to the live title and first bullet. The return is usually a mismatch you can see in sixty seconds.
Rewrite the fact that broke, not the whole brand
If they returned for missing parts, the first bullet is the job. If they returned for size, the title and the unit-count attribute are the job. If they returned for color, this child's title and hero image are the job. Run the kit on those fields. Do not open a second category. Do not translate the PDF again.
Paste the rewrite into free optimize only if the English needs a check. Then save after the pack-and-photo check. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance. A return reason is not permission to invent a new claim.
One return cluster per week
If three ASINs in the same family came back for “not as described,” do the parent-facing fact first, then the children. If Friday still shows the same reason, the live page still disagrees with the box. Repeat that ASIN. When the return cluster is gone and you have more warehouse-English children waiting, Pro checkout is the paid path. Do not buy a longer run to avoid opening the carton.
No fake reviews. No rank promise. You stay responsible for Amazon compliance.
