Variation display order from the pads you have

The parent shows 12 first. That child is out. Shoppers land on a 12 they cannot buy and miss this week’s 10. If you leave a ghost child in the first slot, the family looks live and ships the wrong expectation. The Transformation Kit is the check before you save display order: one pad per child you still have, then the first slot is a child with stock.

Open every child that still has inbound or FBA

Write type, size or count, material, and what is in the box on each pad. Photo of each pad next to its pack. Children with no current unit come off the family or drop to the end. Do not keep a sold-out 12 first because the parent A+ still features it. First parent from the children you have is the same idea.

Kit each live child, then set order from those pads

Title and first bullet on every live child from its own pad. Run free optimize only on the child whose English still hedges. Save. Put the in-stock child shoppers should see first at the top. Size or count order only among children you can ship. A display order is not a place to advertise a carton you no longer receive.
