Because this is an instant digital service that delivers optimized copy immediately upon completion, we do not offer refunds once the optimized text has been made available to you — regardless of stylistic preference or buyer’s remorse. This policy is clearly stated at checkout and in these terms.
Digital Dignity (billed by GRAFICS MEDIA, LLC) provides automated American English copy optimization using premium Custom Local AI. Users submit text (product descriptions, emails, ads, marketing copy, etc.), complete payment or redeem a word pack token, and receive refined output in natural, persuasive American English while preserving original facts and meaning. Minimum 300 words per submission. All charges appear from GRAFICS MEDIA, LLC on your statement.
By submitting text, completing a payment, redeeming a word pack token, or using any part of this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Each submission requires a minimum of 300 words. Word balances can be used across multiple submissions until exhausted.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Purchases issue a reusable word pack token for the remaining balance. Word packs are non-transferable and have no cash value.
All sales are final once your optimized copy has been delivered. Our service produces immediate, non-returnable digital deliverables. We do not issue refunds after the optimized text is shown to you on the success page or otherwise made available — including but not limited to cases of “I didn’t like the style”, “I changed my mind”, or “I found a cheaper service”.
Refunds (or partial remedies) may only be considered in these narrow cases:
Any eligible refund request must be submitted in writing to support@digitaldignity.com within 48 hours of the transaction, including your session reference or order details. We reserve the right to investigate and our decision is final.
You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing on third-party IP, promotes violence/fraud/illegal activity, or is intended to abuse or spam the service (including bulk automated submissions). We may refuse service and withhold delivery without refund for violations.
Optimized text is generated by private local large language models with automated post-processing only. While we tune heavily for natural, high-quality American English sales copy, we make no guarantees of perfection or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing the output before using it in commerce or communications. Digital Dignity is not liable for any consequences arising from use of the delivered copy.
You retain ownership of your original submitted text. Upon delivery of the optimized version you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use that specific output for your personal or commercial purposes. We retain all rights to our platform, prompts, models, branding, and technology.
Original input text is never stored long-term. Your submitted text is processed exclusively on our secure private custom AI systems — never sent to OpenAI, Google, or any third-party LLM. The original input is securely deleted immediately after optimization and delivery.
The final optimized output is stored securely in our systems for up to 30 days. This allows you to view your past results and re-email the exact copy to yourself (read-only). After 30 days the archived output is eligible for permanent deletion. Only the optimized result is retained — never the original input.
We do not sell, train on, or share your content. Payment details are handled solely by Stripe. See the "My Past Optimizations" feature and full processing practices above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a specific transaction shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that transaction. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
We strive for high availability and fast turnaround but make no uptime guarantees. Processing time varies (typically 1–3 minutes). Outages, maintenance, model updates, or upstream issues (Stripe, infrastructure) may cause delays. We may change models or infrastructure at any time for quality or reliability.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date.
This Agreement is governed by applicable United States law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where we operate.
