End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs your use of Digital Dignity (the “Service”), operated by GRAFICS MEDIA, LLC (“we”, “us”). By checking “I agree to the EULA and Terms” or using the Service after notice of this EULA, you accept these terms.
1. Privacy & local AI processing
Copy optimization is performed using private infrastructure and local AI models under our control where configured. We design the Service so that your submission text is processed to produce optimized output and is not used to train public foundation models. Do not submit secrets you are not authorized to process.
2. No permanent storage of original text
We do not permanently retain your original input text as a long-term content archive. After delivery of results (including email delivery where applicable), input/output text may be scrubbed from active job records in line with our privacy practices. Transient processing copies may exist briefly in memory or logs for reliability and abuse prevention.
3. Result retention (30 days)
Optimized results made available via magic links, PDFs, or in-app history are retained for approximately 30 days from generation (or until expiry shown in the product), after which access may be removed. Export or save results you need longer-term.
4. Word packs, subscriptions & billing
- Word packs are prepaid allowances (e.g. Starter, Popular, Volume). Pack words are intended for use within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Minimum charge: successful optimizations deduct at least 50 words when your balance is sufficient (even if the submitted text is shorter, subject to the minimum input length).
- Subscriptions (Pro / Business) are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis when you complete paid Checkout. Words unlock only after successful payment.
- All sales final. Except where required by law or an explicit written guarantee at purchase (e.g. a stated money-back window on subscriptions), fees are non-refundable.
- Charges appear from GRAFICS MEDIA, LLC / Stripe. Taxes may apply.
5. Free verification grant
New users who complete email verification and accept this EULA may receive a one-time grant of 250 free words, subject to anti-abuse limits. Free words have no cash value and may be revoked for fraud or policy violations.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content;
- Attempt to bypass metering, rate limits, verification, or payment;
- Reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service;
- Resell raw API access without our written consent;
- Submit malware, personal data of others without a lawful basis, or regulated data the Service is not designed to handle.
We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. License to use the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use optimized outputs for your own business or personal projects. You retain rights in your original content; you grant us a limited license to process submissions solely to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” AI-generated copy may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing listings, ads, or communications. We do not guarantee rankings, conversion rates, or Amazon policy compliance of any specific output.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAFICS MEDIA, LLC AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
10. Changes
We may update this EULA by posting a new version (new version string). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA where permitted by law. Material changes may require re-acceptance before paid or free-grant flows.
