Can I revise results?
Free jobs include limited access; paid packs and subscriptions support refinements and higher-quality models so you can iterate until tone matches your brand.

Privacy & data
Is my listing data private? Do you store my text?
Privacy-first: original listing text is deleted after processing.
Optimized results stay private for about 30 days with magic-link access.
Guest on-site chat is not stored long-term (ephemeral memory only).

Is AI chat history saved?
No for guests — messages are not written to a durable database. Session IDs may live briefly in browser memory for rate limiting.
Logged-in account features may keep job results (not raw chat) under your word balance history.
Do you train public models on my catalogs?
We process listings for your rewrite job and delete originals after delivery. We do not treat your paste as a public chat history product.

How do word packs and pricing work?

Monthly: Pro $29/mo (10,000 words) · Business $79/mo (40,000 words). Packs stack with subs. Min charge: 50 words per paid optimization.

Is there a minimum charge per job?
Jobs enforce a minimum input length and may charge a minimum word amount when using balance (see app prompts when you submit).
This keeps short tests fair across free and paid users.

What is the difference between free and paid AI?
- Free: Digital Dignity’s secure AI optimization engine — private processing, no card, ideal for trials.
- Paid: our advanced privacy-first AI system with higher capacity for speed, conversion English, refinements, and bulk catalogs.
- Always: specially trained for ESL Amazon listings and fact preservation—not generic public chat tools.
What does “Enhanced model temporarily unavailable” mean?
Paid jobs prefer our highest-capacity proprietary path. If that path is briefly busy, we still deliver a result from Digital Dignity’s secure AI system
and show a clear notice that the enhanced pass was temporarily unavailable for that run—so you are never left without copy.

All sales are final after delivery of optimized copy.
